Department of Home Science was established in the year 1997.Home Science discipline is the discipline which goes along with necessities of the life that is Food, Cloth and Shelter. The basic discipline in Home Science are Food Science and Nutrition, Textile and Clothing, Human Development,, Family Recourse Management and Extension Education. The department offer three year B.Sc. degree course in Food Science and Nutrition and Textile Science and Care .The department Provide Formalized education in field of Home science by Grooming Young Women to face the challenges and opportunities awaiting them in Future.
